Rental procedure from making the reservation to returning the vehicle

| 2 | CONTRACT -Please be punctual and arrive on time for your rental. In case you are late, please notify us in advance. -Please bring a legal and current driver's license or international driving permit. -You will be asked to sign the contract. -You will be required to pay in advance. |
| 3 | GET YOUR CAR -You will be required to hear about the car's functions and information upon pick-up. -After receiving a briefing about the car, you are ready to go. |
| 4 | RETURN -Please return the car by the specified time noted on the contract. In case you return the car late you must notify us as soon as possible. You will incur late charges for a late return. -Please return the car with a full tank of fuel. -If you return the car late you will be required to pay late charges upon returning the vehicle. |

| COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) |
Collision Damage Waiver [CDW] is a type of protection used in rental cars. CDW limits how much a rent-a-car company can claim from you for repairing certain parts of the rented car if it is damaged while you are using it. Should the car be damaged you will be asked to pay for only part of the damage, which is called an 'excess' (sometimes known as a deductible). Pricings will differ and depend on the extent of the damage and repair needed. |

| NON OPERATION CHARGE (NOC) |
If a car requires repair or cleaning due to a traffic accident, theft, break down, defacement, or other causes not attributable to KOUNOTORI RENT-A-CAR, the customer may be charged NOC as part of the compensation for loss of use during the repair or cleaning of the car. These amounts are fixed as listed below regardless of the degree of the damage or the time required for such repair or cleaning.
